Mr. Hill was lead counsel in the trial court successfully trying the “Wood Oil” portion of the case to the court and the damages to the jury. Thereafter, in upholding the judgement the intermediate Court of Appeals set out a thorough analysis of prejudgment interest, as applied to an inverse eminent domain case.
